Annual registration for Ga. businesses due April 1

Each business entity registered to do business in Georgia will need to file its annual registration in order to remain in good standing with the state. Registration is open from January 1 to April 1 each year. 

Filing the annual registration provides a current record or an entity’s management structure, correct mailing address, and registered agent’s name and address.

Ways to file
One Click Annual Registration. This is an option for entities who want to file their annual registration without making changes and without logging in. This can be done by clicking here.

Annual Registration or Online Services: File annual registration with or without making changes after logging into eCorp

Print Annual Registration Form: File annual registration by printing out the form and mailing the completed form and payment with a check or money order. This option includes an additional $10 service charge. Registrations can be mailed to Office of Secretary of State, Annual Registration Filings, 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, 313 West Tower, Atlanta, GA 30234.

Annual registration fees are $50 for profit corporations, LLCs and LPs. If annual registrations are not filed by April 1, A $25 late filing penalty will be assessed and/or your entity may be administratively dissolved or revoked by the Secretary of State.
