The spread and impact of COVID-19 is wide-reaching and evolving daily. We are continuing to monitor the developments of the outbreak and how this affects our clients and our staff. We are taking the appropriate steps, as recommended by the CDC and WHO, to support the ongoing health and safety of our employees, their families, our clients and the surrounding communities.
With this in mind, we wanted to inform you that effective Wednesday, March 18, we have implemented our business continuity plan. The Antares Group offices in Atlanta and Boston will be closed until April 1. During this time, our employees will be working from home on a full-time basis. We are also limiting employee travel and in-person meetings.
This action is part of our standard business continuity plan to ensure we continue to provide you with the level of service you need and have come to expect.
Toward that end, we have made arrangements to continue to securely receive mail and packages delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS so that we can continue to provide you timely service during this tax season. If you have already sent in your tax information, rest assured we will still receive that information. If, however, you would like to submit your tax information electronically, you can do that as well by uploading your documents to the Client Portal.
We have invested in state-of-the-art technology that gives us the capability to make these accommodations so that you can have the confidence that your tax and accounting needs are met without interruption.
You may continue to call our office at 770-785-7855. Our answering service will route your calls to the appropriate contact for the next few days, but we expect to have our Admin team fully operational soon. Of course, you can always reach your back office, accounting or tax manager via email.
We are aware circumstances are evolving quickly, and we will continue to monitor the situation to keep you as informed as possible.
Stay safe and healthy!
