Giving back to the community is a core value for Antares Group, both in our local area and in the business organizations that are important to our clients. For over 30 years, we have been active supporters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities as well as a variety of different McDonald’s-focused and local charitable organizations.

  • Antares Group donates Thanksgiving meals to families at Phoenix Pass

    Antares Group continues its annual tradition of providing Thanksgiving meals for the families living at Phoenix Pass.

    Each year, our associates donate money and food items for  the women and children living at Phoenix Pass. This year, Antares Group provided turkeys, stuffing, vegetables, dessert, and other items for 15 mothers and 35 children. The meals were delivered to Phoenix Pass Tuesday.

    Phoenix Pass is a nonprofit organization based in Conyers, Ga., that provides transitional housing for women and their children who have experienced homelessness. The two-year program is designed to help the women reestablish self-sufficiency in a residential setting by providing them with supportive services and the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable lifestyle for themselves and their children.

    Antares Group, Inc., has been providing McDonald’s owner/operators, franchise restaurant owners, businesses and individuals comprehensive accounting, tax and business advisory services for more than 30 years. With locations in Conyers, Ga., and Dedham, Mass., Antares Group employs approximately 100 accounting professionals and serves clients in 40 states, guiding them to a brighter financial future.

  • Lindsey Pierce named to Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities Board of Directors

    Antares Group Partner Lindsey Pierce will join the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. Lindsey will join the board and begin her four-year term on January 1, 2020.

    “This is a wonderful honor to serve this organization in this way,” Lindsey said. “The Ronald McDonald House Charities is a cause that are close to my heart and to my family.”

    She said that charities that help children were very important to her mother.

    “This is a way of honoring her by serving in a way that helps children and families,” Lindsey said.

    Antares Group, Inc. has been a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities across the country for more than 30 years. Lindsey began helping the organization with their accounting and audit support soon after she joined Antares Group. She developed deep relationships with members of the ARMHC board and staff over the past 10 years.

    As a member of the ARMHC board, Lindsey will continue to support and grow the mission and operations of the ARMHC.

    “I am excited to learn even more about the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities and the board, and in particular, how the community comes together to support this worthy organization,” she said.

  • Antares Group donates to Newton County Sheriff’s Office Back To School Supply Giveaway

    Antares Group, Inc. was a proud sponsor this year of the Newton County Sheriff’s Office Back To School Supply Giveaway. In addition to sponsoring the annual event, members of our firm donated several packets of lined filler paper for the students. Each year, the Back to School Supply Giveaway distributes more than 5,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for students in Newton County. The event was held Saturday, July 27, at Newton High School in Covington.

  • Antares Group recognized by United Way

    The United Way of Greater Atlanta recognized Antares Group as a Child Well-Being Champion for our firm’s continued support of the United Way’s mission to improve child well-being in Rockdale County and the greater Atlanta area. We are proud to be a supporter of this wonderful organization!

  • Antares Group, Inc. serves community through Rockdale Emergency Relief’s School Break Lunch Program

    Associates with Antares Group, Inc. came together to donate items for Rockdale Emergency Relief’s School Break Lunch Program. As a result, the firm helped provide lunches to nearly 200 young people in Rockdale County who are home this week during Spring Break, and many of whom rely on free and reduced lunches for their meals.

    Antares Group associates Lindsey Fling, Aimee Gartner, Jennifer Singleton and Sarah Stanley-Proper, gathered Thursday morning at Conyers Presbyterian Church and loaded two cars with sack lunches and bottled waters.  Working in pairs, the four Antares Group associates drove to previously identified neighborhoods in Conyers where they distributed nearly 200 meals during the lunchtime hour.

    “The children we served approached us with smiles on their faces and were so grateful for the lunches we provided,” said Aimee Gartner, who is marketing and communications manager for Antares Group and who serves on the board of directors for Rockdale Emergency Relief. “We are so thankful to our staff who generously donated items for the lunches and to Rockdale Emergency Relief for organizing this much-needed program.”

  • Antares Group donates Thanksgiving meals to Phoenix Pass

    Our associates at Antares Group, Inc. donated money to purchase Thanksgiving meal ingredients and the firm provided provided turkeys for the 15 families living at Phoenix Pass, a nonprofit organization based in Conyers, Ga., that provides transitional housing to women and their children experiencing temporary homelessness. The program provides participants the opportunity to reestablish self-sufficiency in a residential setting by providing supportive services and the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable lifestyle for themselves and their children.

    The meal baskets were delivered to Phoenix Pass the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, where they were placed in the meeting room to surprise the ladies when they arrived for a class later in the day.
